When CodeFier was founded in 2017, the market was full of agencies shipping templates and chasing trends. We took the opposite bet: fewer clients, senior people, and digital systems engineered for measurable outcomes.
Today, the studio operates at the intersection of brand, engineering and AI. We work as a small partner team — designers, engineers, marketers and AI specialists in one room — never handed off, never outsourced.

About the studio.
When was CodeFier founded?
CodeFier was founded in January 2017 by Mughees Ahmad, starting in Islamabad as a senior engineering practice. Dubai engagements opened in 2019, the AI systems practice was established in 2022, and by 2025 the studio was working as a selected partner for SaaS, commerce and AI platform clients globally.
How large is the CodeFier team?
Fifteen senior practitioners across product, engineering, AI, design, QA, SEO, content and growth. The studio is deliberately small — we work with a limited number of clients each year so that every engagement is staffed by senior people.
Does CodeFier outsource any work?
No. Designers, engineers, marketers and AI specialists all work in one room. Nothing is outsourced and there are no junior hand-offs at any point in an engagement.
